(Break from frames)

    Shahee's paintings are inspired by nature and his exploration into spiritualty, the collective unconscious and quantum physics. He was born in Canada, moved to Scotland at age three, and grew up in Singapore and Malaysia. As a child he loved to explore many crafts and arts. His father showed him how to draw and work with wood, and later on at the age of 16, while attending a British private international school in Malaysia, under the guidance of gifted teacher who left a lasting impression on him (Mrs. Saidin, at the Garden International School in Kuala Lumpur), his artistic interests and abilities were inspired and brought out, and he started to explore the fine arts and oil painting. Growing up in europe and asia he was exposed to many cultures and ways of viewing the world.

    He's since been involved in professional Theatre as a Props Master, Assistant Stage Manager and Stage Technician, where he has enjoyed building costumes, making masks, props and creating in many other areas. He has worked as a props assistant in the filming of "Freshman Father", in Victoria on Vancouver Island. Shahee is currently operating his own business (since 2002) and is a Certified Reiki Master, Holistic Nutritionist, Holistic Masseur & Gourmet Living-Foods Chef. (see: TribalGlobe.com). He's also certified in TESL/TEFL certified teacher of ESL (English as a Second/Foreign Language), and as a professional make-up artist.

    He now lives in beautiful Vancouver British Columbia, and loves to travel the world and enjoy his journey through life on mother earth.
